Tasks & Responsibilities

New and further development of control functions for wind turbines to improve the mechanical load and the yield
Identification and conception of promising control methods as well as resulting controller development projects
Project management and control of controller development projects
Cooperation in the integration of the processes into the control system including programming tasks
Series maintenance of control functions
Execution of simulations/load simulations for the evaluation of the processes
Plant-specific parameterization of the processes
Support for test and validation measurements
New and further development of software tools for the automation of work processes
Cooperation with the various development departments and associated certification authorities

Functie eisen

Above-average degree in engineering (e.g. electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, computerscience or mechatronics) or comparable qualification
Experience in system simulation, control engineering or PLC programming.
Programming experience, preferably C/C++ and MATLAB
Experience in the field of wind energy
