Your Tasks

  • Functional leadership of Regional Business Development, to develop strategic business opportunities adding value to current operation for continued success in the market: segments, prospects, pre-tender and RFIs
  • Strong interaction with regions and key accounts in shaping their specific sales / after sales strategies in close collaboration with CSO
  • Define objectives for global key accounts, monitor and evaluate their achievements in alignment with overall strategic plan
  • Support CSO in definition of objectives for regions and monitor as well as evaluate their achievements in alignment with overall strategic plan
  • Support regions and key accounts in shaping their specific sales / after sales strategies
  • Uncover information on products and conditions of competitors, formulate proposals for policy development and changes
  • Investigate and ensure market needs and insights are addressed with regional management and company management (C-) level
  • Develop and test hypotheses on existing or new market segments and customer channels for the ongoing market strategy, tactics and market planning process
  • Develop proposals to improve turnover, volume, profitability, selling prices, brand positioning, commercial conditions, regional costs

Functie eisen

Your Qualifications

  • MBA in general management or a similar field of study
  • Professional experience in sales, marketing and development
  • Comprehensive IT skills Good communication skills and team spirit
  • International business experience
  • A proactive, responsible way of working, even under pressure
